Sai Kung Eco Tour on 7/12/2019
This meaningful experiential boat tour was co-organized with the University of Macau HK Alumni Association and Victoria Harbour Talent Group in paying a comprehensive visit to the natural conservation of Sai Kung seeing the formation of rocks along the coast. Only on the water we could drive so close to see the wonderful rocks in different shapes and features especially the hexagonal rock clouds. The famous Tin Hau Temple at Leung Shuen Wan was also a point of attraction giving us a good lesson on how the Goddess protected the fishermen in the old days.
EEF Workshop on DIY Solar Panel Installation and Appliances Building for ethic groups at St Jude’s Church on 22/12/2019
EEF co-organized with green association 1+1=11 teaching the Philippian groups from different Catholic churches how to use a cheap solar panel to build a DIY cooking system and other energy-saving tools. The guest speakers Mr. SC Mok and Mr. Viveik Saigal briefed how global warming is affecting our lives and how to make use of the cheap price solar panels to build DIY electric appliances in their home countries to improve their living standard and save money as well as the carbon footprint.
