李雅庄小姐長久以來一直是創新教育的倡導者，並致力於推行全人發展。她畢業於香港中文大學商學院後，便成立了智德教育。除了個人創業外，李小姐更曾擔任過新世界集團的首席兒童項目經理。其後，她更將自己的商業經驗成功運用於娛樂領域，成為了ER Esports公司的首席電子競技學院經理。在她的整個職業生涯中，李小姐一直樂於面對不同的挑戰。
Ada Lee has long been an innovative education advocate interested in whole-person development. Ada has found her first business, Chi Tak Education, once she has graduated from the business school of CUHK. Apart from doing her own business, Ada has headhunted as the 1st Kids Program Manager for New World Group. Ada has successfully converted her business experience into the new Edutainment field. And later on, she has taken the challenge of being the 1st Esports Academy Manager of ER Esports company which is one of the very few Esports companies in HK. Throughout her career, Ada has always interested in promotion.
