劉國安先生在會計專業和銀行業擁有多年年的經驗。於1976年獲得會計師執業資格後，曾擔任首席會計主任負責監督不同的業務領域，包括貿易、保險和餐飲。並曾加入一家著名的國際銀行，擔任行政和財務總監。在成為該銀行的財務區域主管（東北亞地區）後，更進一步鞏固了他在金融領域的經驗。劉先生於1996年開始專注於執業會計師業務，在過去的25年中致力於為客戶提供專業服務。他現為劉國安劉湛深會計師行的高級合夥人，並擔任汎洋稅務及管理服務有限公司董事總經理和泓高教育中心校董。劉先生除了在審計和稅務，諮詢工作方面的專業貢獻外，他的社會貢獻還包括擔任澳門大學（香港）校友會的名譽司庫和香港稅務學會紀律委員會委員。此外，他亦曾擔任香港稅務學會和香港華人會計師公會理事。
Mr. K.O. Lau has over 50 years of experience in the accounting profession and banking industry. Mr. Lau began his career in Hong Kong at one of the biggest local accounting firms in Hong Kong, upon obtaining the qualification in 1976; he entered the commercial field and acted as the chief accountant of a Hong Kong Group overseeing business segments including trading, construction, insurance and catering. Mr. Lau further solidified his experience as he joined a prominent International bank as Comptroller of Administration and Finance and became the regional controller (Northeast Asia Region) of the bank. In 1996, Mr. Lau began to focus solely on his CPA practice, and for the past 25 years, Mr. Lau has dedicated his efforts to serve his clients and his firm as Senior Partner of Lau & Lau Certified Public Accountants and also served as the Managing director of Pan Ocean Tax and Management services Limited and Director of Magnitude Education Centre. Apart from Mr. Lau’s professional contribution in audit commerce and advisory work, his social contribution involves acting as the Honorary Treasurer of UMHKAA University of Macau (HK) Alumni Association and the Committee Member of the Disciplinary Committee of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He was also a Council member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors and served in both associations for a number of years.
