EEF Workshop on DIY Solar Panel Installation and Appliances Building for ethic groups at St Jude’s Church
EEF co-organized with green association 1+1=11 teaching the Philippian groups from different Catholic churches how to use a cheap solar panel to build a DIY cooking system and other energy saving tools. The guest speakers Mr. SC Mok and Mr. Viveik Saigal briefed how the global warming is affecting our lives and how to make use of the cheap price solar panels to build DIY electric appliances in their home countries to improve their living standard and save money as well as the carbon footprint.

Sai Kung Eco Tour
This meaningful experiential boat tour was co-organized with University of Macau HK Alumni Association and Victoria Harbour Talent Group in paying a comprehensive visit to the natural conservation of Sai Kung seeing the formation of rocks along the coast. Only on water we could drive so close to see the wonderful rocks in different shapes and features especially the hexagonal rock clouds. The famous Tin Hau Temple at Leung Shuen Wan was also a point of attraction giving us a good lesson on how the Goddess protected the fishmen in old days.

Green Earth Day for the Oldies
EEF organized a Green Earth Day and a season’s show at LSP Little Sisters of the Poor St Joseph Home for the Aged to promote environmental protection on how to maintain a green earth with characters back to old history. The energy saving plus carbon footprint reduction to the world changed the home to a new green life. Dancing, singing & talks were performed by volunteers from St Jude’s church and EEF volunteers.

EEF organized a Green Day and a season’s show at LSP Little Sisters of the Poor St Joseph Home for the Aged to promote green life habits and how to live healthy. Energy saving practices was shared with the residence on how to use less energy for a better life. Games conducted to teach them on saving carbon footprint to save the world. Dancing, singing & talks were performed by volunteers from St Jude’s church and EEF volunteers.
