徐潤培博士為慈善機構地球環保基金的創辦人及行政總裁，國際管理學會學術課程總監，數間燈光及環保科技公司董事，培訓導師及蓋洛普全球認證優勢教練，中文大學及香港青年協會之社會企業導師及評審委員會會員，澳門大學香港校友會主席，數間香港及澳門大學的學生導師。 他亦是前香港浸會大學課程設計委員會及導師。徐博士在工程，環保科技和金融領域從事管理和市務營銷工作多年。他熱衷於人才發展和教育，並致力於培養未來的領袖，為一個更綠色的世界作出貢獻。
Dr. Joseph Tsui is the Founding Chairman & CEO of charity organization Earth Environmental Foundation (EEF), Director of Academic Programme of the International Institute of Management (IIM), Director of different lighting and green technology firms, Trainer and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Panel judge and mentor of Social Enterprise Challenge of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and Youth Business Hong Kong of Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG), Chairman of University of Macau (HK) Alumni Association (UMHKAA), Student Mentor of different Hong Kong and Macau universities. He is also the past Hong Kong Baptist University Programmes Advisory Panel & Instructor. Joseph has been working as senior management and marketing & sales in engineering, green technology & financial fields. He is passionate about talent development and education with a belief to nurture future leaders to work for a greener world.
